Virtual Reality MVP
In the SMU CS4351 Senior Design, my teammates and I are working with Unbent Inc., help the company build a virtual reality platform. The software platform should match candidates to their ideal company culture using embedded technology and virtual reality simulations producing output data from our storyboards. Output data will be reflected on the frequency of interaction with avatar and bias preference of avatar.
Unbent seeks to be the revolutionary in transforming the hiring process. The traditional platform of using resumes to identify skills is fundamentally broken. The company's approach assesses the behavioral performance relative to a person's skills simultaneously in simulated virtual environments, thereby providing companies with real-time data.
